Plot
Opening

Elsewhere, Ikaruga praises Iharu, and Leno explains how he dulled the kaiju with a special bullet, though he’s still dissatisfied with his performance.

Aftermath
Kafka is proud to contribute, even without transforming. His dream of fighting alongside Mina remains alive. But as he stands in awe, Soshiro orders him to move—Mina is preparing to fire her cannon.
