Overview
The Ariake Maritime Base is the headquarters of the Defense Force and the home base of the First Division. Located in Tokyo’s Kōtō Ward, it is the most fortified and strategically significant military installation in the Kaiju No. 8 universe.
As the central hub for the Defense Force, the Ariake Maritime Base is the largest military base in the series. It houses top-tier personnel and equipment, and includes an extra-fortified shelter capable of withstanding Kaiju with a fortitude rating of 10.
